MASS INTENTIONS
BOOKING A MASS INTENTION
You can book a mass intention, where the priest offers the mass for the intention requested, eg for somebody who has died, or is sick, or in thanksgiving, or private intention.
To book a date, please contact the parish office of the Church you would like the Mass offered in, and they will check the date is available and take the details. A stipend is generally given for the priest saying the Mass.
NOVEMBER - THE MONTH OF HOLY SOULS
Each November we pray for the Holy Souls. Parishioners are invited to put the names of their deceased loved ones in a Holy Souls envelope and these will be placed under the altar in each Church for the month of November and prayed for each week.
If you wish to have a separate Mass said for your loved one please follow the procedure above to book a normal mass intention.
